Rekieta Law

State of Minnesota icon over the Rekieta Law animated face with cigar in mouth

TLDR: Minnesota is the epicenter of Critical Gender Theory aka Marxist Feminism. I would love to see Gad Saad, James Lindsay, Charles Pincourt, and Lee Jussim each to pop in on an episode of Rekieta Law to discuss the intersection of Marxist Feminism and the Law.

It’d please me to no end to have the lawyers who appear on his podcast, his audience and other Minnesotans aware of the devastating due process problems Minnesota’s Postmodern Legal System (MPLS) has exported to the world. The highly prejudicial Duluth Model of Abuse is based on Kate Millett’s Patriarchy Theory and is huge problem in family law.

I’d also like to thank Mr. Rekieta personally for covering the Kim Potter trial trial. Had there been cameras and this much attention paid to the Noor trial, the world would be a better place today.

Here’s why…

Following the Rittenhouse trial, I sent a handwritten letter begging Rekieta Media to stream legal analysis of the officer Kim Potter trial.  On Thursday, Dec 2nd, Mr. Rekieta stunned his audience by explaining that even Ax-Wielding-Armored-Combat-Medieval-Steel-Fighting-Republicans-with-Pistol-Whipped-Wives in Minnesota talk about Systemically-Racist-Power-Structures-Disproportionately-Affecting-Marginalized-Communities-Requiring-Social-Workers-of-Color

This is Minnesota Nice.

I’ve been writing about Minnesota Nice and the Minnesota Postmodern Legal System (MPLS) and the dangers it poses the world since the week Justine Damond was shot.

If you’re not familiar with MN Nice, I’ll use it in a couple of sentences.

“Derek Chauvin was being MN Nice to George Floyd” and “It wouldn’t be MN Nice to point out how a screaming MPLS Firefighter and an Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter could be a threat to police.” Other things that wouldn’t be MN Nice would be to say “The Somali juror can barely speak English and has never heard of the presumption of innocence” or “Attorney General Keith Ellison really wanted that guy on the jury”.

I’ve used the writings of Gad Saad, Lee Jussim, and Charles Pincourt with James Linsday to describe MN Nice because it’s been spreading rampantly since the 1980s. Many commenters on MN Nice, by other names, believe this is a phenomenon.

I would argue that Minnesota Nice is a viral, resentment-based, mental disorder of the Middle Class. Technically, it’s the “Lower-Tier-of-the-Upper-Class” but Middle Class will do as Minnesota Nice is quite an infectious virus.

The Infected / Anointed view the Upper Class with envy and resentment for their station, and the lower class with disgust and contempt for not being smart enough to fight a class war for them.

To the Anointed, criticizing Minnesota Nice means you’re too dumb to or too privileged to understand their Infallible Theology (IT). The Middle Class are the only people who understand it, and the dumber the idea, the better it wears like a uniform.

From 3M, Best Buy, General Mills, and Target Corporation to UnitedHealth Group, Minnesota’s Corporations had significant control of the means of material production in the United States by the 1960s.  This created a very large Middle Class.

By the late 1960s through a series of Foundations, Education, Local Media, Churches, and the Minnesota Postmodern Legal System, the Middle Class set to work taking over cultural production.

One such Middle Class author, Kate Millett, was the granddaughter of P.H. Feely, a wealthy granary owner and co-founder of the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party (MN DFL).  Inspired by tales of the Cultural Revolution in China, she wrote Sexual Politics in 1970, creating Marxist Feminism.

James Lindsay might call this Sex Marxism with Minnesota Characteristics.

Like any virus, it’s only concerned with what works. In the USSR and Asian countries, the economic class was an effective vector. What worked in the United States were Sex, Gender, and Race as classes.

While many have commented on the impacts of Millett’s work in the Universities, many interesting legal ideas have spawned from Millett’s work. These policies are of dubious constitutionality, have been genuinely embraced by Left and Right, often disproportionately destroy the families of ethnic minorities, and have spread throughout most British Common Law Countries.

  1. The Duluth Model of Power, Control and Abuse

This is the world’s most widespread domestic violence model. It’s not based on anything other than the reported “lived experience of women” and Marxist Feminism. It’s prejudicial, made of nonsense, and incredibly commonplace.

  1. The Dworkin Mackinnon Anti Civil Rights Pornography Ordinance

Andrea Dworkin taught at the University of MN for ONE SEMESTER.  By the end, she had worked with the now-famous daughter of a conservative judge and a woman’s group to ban pornography in a bill that spread throughout the US and Canada before finally being struck down as unconstitutional.

  1. Prince’s song Darling Nicki, which suggested that women masturbate, was at the top of the PMRC Filthy Fifteen. Parental advisory stickers on CD’s came from this.
  2. The first of 100’s of Day Care Sex Hysteria Scandals of the 1980’s and 90’s began in Jordan Minnesota, with feminist Prosecutor Kathleen Morris.  Morris destroyed hundreds of lives and received no reprimand.
  3. The first national Sex Offender Registry (part of the Biden Crime Law/Clinton Crime Bill which BLM demands be overturned) was inspired by a Stearns County kidnapping case in the Wetterling Act.

Earlier this year, Senator Amy Klobuchar (DFL) and Congressmen Tom Emmer introduced the Bipartisan and Bicameral Spectral Evidence in Sexual Assault Accusations Bill.  I expect this to easily pass with massive bipartisan support.

While Minnesota is the epicenter of Marxist Feminism, I’m pretty sure the Attorney General, Asst. Attorney General and the Marxist Feminists in MN Black Lives Matter will do everything they can to destroy the first female officer ever charged with manslaughter, Kim Potter.

I’d very much like to ask Dr.s Lindsay, Saad, Jussim, or Pincourt to appear on Rekieta Media’s stream to talk about the effects that Marxist Feminism might have on cognition, due process, and a legal system. I also hope that all of the panelists will begin to look at Minnesota’s legal history through a much different lens.
