The week Justine Ruszcyk was killed by Mpls Police, I publicly predicted that Minnesota would be the epicenter of global moral panic. I attended the Mohamed Noor murder trial and what I saw there should never happen in an American Court. This is a letter for John Ruszczyk, Justine's father and the Australian Government.
