Are Kim Potter’s police training and jury instructions to blame for both Daunte Wright’s death and her conviction?

A follow up to our conversation regarding the Minnesota Postmodern Legal System. There’s a mind virus problem here in Lake Wobegon.
I’ve read many of your articles and papers on stereotype accuracy, the replication crisis in social science, and the dangers of ideological conformity in academia. I’ve also read every paper you’ve posted critiquing the claims of implicit bias association tests.
My writings, like yours, are largely analysis of Social Perception and Stereotype Accuracy, and the effects of enforcing the taboos around race, gender, ethnicity, etc.
My early work references Moral Foundations Theory, System Justification Theory, and the work of your colleague Dr. Laurie Rudman, whose work may be foundational to a new understanding of human perception.
I also generally subscribe to Dyadic Morality research of Dr. Kurt Gray, with whom you are familiar.
The main themes of my writing are the moral movements, moral panics and policing policies of my home state of Minnesota. Much of my writing reads like apocalyptic satire – that can’t be helped.
The circumstances surrounding the death of Australian woman, Justine Damond, and the trial of officer Kim Potter for the death of Daunte Wright are very sensitive topics.
In between these two incidents was the death of George Floyd, who sparked a worldwide powder keg of outrage and brought great attention to our Beloved Shangri La. This is very likely to happen again and again.
In the past five years, have published 50 articles, from moral and social psychology, parasite stress, disgust, human valuation, media technology to law enforcement policies to outline a nomological network of evidence from many fields,
Here are my twin theses:
- Minnesota is the global epicenter of many types of viral moral panics.
- Marxist Feminism and the Marxist Pro Life Movements exploit gender in-group cohesion politically.
I’ve been watching these phenomena for decades and one is now recognized as the “woke_mind_virus” when it spread through social media corrupting College Grievance Studies Departments and the Black Lives Matter movement.
This virus has many socially spread variants and the current one is characterized by the following:
- Sympathetic hysteria across the in-group
- A religious dedication to Patriarchy Theory and Gender as a Social Construct (biophobia)
- Disordered thinking / Olympic caliber mental gymnastics
- Non-critical belief in science or models that support beliefs
- Susceptibility to conforming messaging, slogans and “news” stories
- Histrionic enforcement of blasphemy (especially victim sanctity taboos)
- Victim signaling
- The Lake Wobegon Effect (illusory moral superiority)
- Pathological dedication to signaling luxury ideas
As I mentioned on our call, I’ve been watching this for decades, my mother had a version of it. Gad Saad’s Parasitic Mind nearly perfectly describes the phenomena I’ve been observing.
I believe what we’re experiencing is a once in a species event. Women and sneaky fuckers have joined in a hysterical ingroup and seek to destroy civilization in an attempt to gain power. No where has this infection been more thoroughly spread than the Minnesota Legal System.
This has resulted in the State of Minnesota training officer Kim Potter training to kill Daunte Wright and Judge Chou to instruct the jury that “everyone” acts using their implicit bias. I have a list of lawyers to connect with that may be interested in how this is specifically bullshit.
