Who Can Argue with the State of Minnesota?

MN District Court

On Memorial Day 2020, the world caught a glimpse of the due process afforded to men in the State of Minnesota.  The Derek Chauvin trial is the first time Minnesota Criminal Court has ever been televised.

The State of Minnesota made the case of who was at fault.  12 people in the courtroom believe that a white male chauvinist pig is guilty of first degree murder.

Those twelve people are on the Prosecution team, and they include Keith Ellison, the State Attorney General, the Asst. Atty General, and they’ve both got Chief Medaria Arradondo on speed dial.

Chief Arradondo has the best funded street gang in Minneapolis. He just told you what to think.

Millions are watching Minnesota right now, but only about 10,000 people are seeing what I’m seeing. Derek Chauvin’s restraint was horrible, legal, sanctioned, and outlined in the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) policy handbook.

I predicted riots when they exonerated Mohamed Noor of killing a white woman.  The luxury belief system would have collapsed and the policies would have to change.

Instead, Mohamed Noor was convicted.  A quick recap of that trial.

Sgt. Doug Henning took the evidence, Acting Chief Dondo was on the scene, and Sgt. Barnett sent the car to the Octopus car wash to get detailed before Sgt. Landmesser secured the scene and asked where it was.

They pulled the old “MN Due Process Trick,” convicting Noor of 3rd degree following orders and for a mere $20 million, we protected luxury beliefs.

No reasonable person runs up to an MPD Squad Car in the middle of the night.

No one can expect a fair trial or due process in the State of Minnesota.

Certainly not Derek Chauvin, and regardless of the outcome, there will be unrest.

The arrest of George Floyd sent disgust and outrage through the entire human network. That disgust is going to express itself in moral outrage. I’ve written a significant body of work about a panic network based in Minnesota.

Take a quick look at Minnesota’s two most powerful Woman and BIPOC politicians, Amy Klobuchar and Keith Ellison. A Woman and a BIPOC Muslim who both make Minnesotans incredibly proud.

Sen. Amy Klobuchar has served on the Telecom Committee. She knows Section 230 and Halleck vs. MNN better than any other Senator.

Senator Klobuchar is an incredibly intelligent and effective woman, and a very capable attorney. She and Attorney General Keith Ellison are both very competent politicians, capable of putting together great prosecution teams.

Klobuchar and Ellison are experts in Minnesota media law and the Hennepin County Criminal Court System.

Ellison has a record of legally balancing the rights of journalists to keep riot photos safe from subpoena. As AG, Ellison also understands the need for Police and community agencies to arrest and/or detain journalists.

Here is Amy Klobuchar discussing her criminal prosecution track record on “The View” the day of the New Hampshire Primary.  That night, with Mayor Pete B and Bernie Sanders, she beat Elizabeth Warren and duly elected President Joe Biden.

Hennepin County Prosecutor Klobuchar has encouraged Spark of Life testimony, the Duluth Model of Power and Control, and along with many Republicans, is a staunch supporter of an accuser’s right to a fair prosecution.

Keith Ellison’s Breck-educated son, Jeremiah, sits on the Minneapolis City Council. Prior to city council service, Ellison was an organizer that helped facilitate the 4th Precinct Takeover.

During this trial, the Minneapolis City Council settled on a record-breaking civil suit during jury selection, and a female cop in Brooklyn Center shot Mr. Daunte Wright just as the Defense began their 2 days of arguments and 7 witnesses.

Minnesota courts, Law Enforcement, and the Political Class in Minnesota are a textbook case of Groupthink in action.  The Duluth Model of Power and Control, Spark of Life, Sex Registries, and Critical Race and Gender theory all combine to create a legal system that is prejudicial by design.

They hacked the system with moral heuristics and set to work destroying BIPOC Men and removing BIPOC fathers from homes using the legal system.

As long as the enforcers adhere to the correct luxury beliefs and a veneer of politeness, they can put their knee on your neck for as long and as hard as they want.

Memorial Day was just another day at the office in the land of 10-trillion mosquitos.

Derek Chauvin’s defense closing on 4/15 Tax Day was just another day in Minnesota Criminal Court.

Except, unlike the trial of Mohamed Noor and Myon Burrell, this time there are cameras.

What you are witnessing is The Lake Wobegon Effect on Cortisol.

What else would you expect from the place “…where all the women are strong, all of the men are good looking, and all of the children are above average?”
