Gov. Dr. Scott Jensen,
There are several reasons you stand out among the Minnesota GOP candidates for Governor.
You stood up in the middle of last year’s hysteria and asked questions you weren’t supposed to ask.
This year, you gave a microphone to one of the people catalyzing it.
State Representative John Thompson first came to my attention by interrupting a meeting where identity politics were being used to create a major fraud. He was the only person I’ve ever seen willing to shout down an educated Black woman in public. He was kind of a hero.
State Representative John Thompson is very good at bringing attention and gaining compliance.
He beat a woman in effigy for a cheering crowd. After activists caused $500 million in damage, he screamed at teenage girls and told them the crowd didn’t care about burning down Hugo, Falcon Heights and St. Anthony.
He’s publicly told his wife in social media posts that she was a “lying fat bitch” “psyco [sic] hoe,” “fat bitch,” “ugly bitch,” “stupid bitch,” “fake bitch,” “retarded motherfuckr [sic],” and “dick chaser.”
He advised her she was “gone [sic] need a dentist” if she continued to post about him.
“Just stfu stupid bitch [you] gotta keep talking til I blow my top,” he said in another comment.
The Star Tribune identified State Representative John Thompson’s wife as My’Leetha Cleveann in a Monday article. Her full name appears to be Aleatha Cleveann Austin, according to marriage records and a 2004 police report.
“I’ll choke you until you can’t breathe anymore,” Thompson allegedly told her, leaving marks on his victim that were later observed by the responding officers.
According to the report, Thompson threatened to kill the victim “several times” and she believed he was “capable of doing this.”
That report, published in full by Alpha News, describes Thompson’s alleged abuse of Austin, who told officers that Thompson beat and choked her, breaking the phone she tried to use to dial 911 and locking her in an Eagan, Minnesota apartment.
His wife says she says she doesn’t remember accusing him of threatening or choking her and she never filed charges. She warns other women to “pay attention to the small red flags.”
Very few men in Minnesota have this ability to bring this kind of attention or gain compliance, without consequence.
He called a Hispanic State Representative married to an East Asian Muslim woman a racist on the floor of the state to win an argument. He told a crowd in front of the Governor’s Mansion that no one can call him a racist, or Antifa or a terrorist because he’s with “The People.” He also demanded a guilty verdict in a MN Criminal Court Case.
This is a magic trick and you, Gov. Dr. Scott Jensen, are not a magician; you’re a wizard.
You brought State Representative John Thompson to the table, handed him a microphone and you let him talk. This outraged your ‘team’ but this is the ultimate high ground maneuver. If you give a magician a microphone he’ll reveal exactly how his trick is done.
State Representative John Thompson let us know exactly who he represents, he represents people “who look just like him.”
I grew up in State Representative John Thompson’s district in East St. Paul. My house was right between where he claims he was profiled and the Mounds Park bar where his son, Damarco John Thompson, was arrested for illegal possession of a firearm. I’ve heard a lot of confrontations and gunfire result from people who look like Damarco John Thompson and State Representative John Thompson shooting each other.
State Representative John Thompson says he represents people who look just like him.
State Representative John Thompson says only people who look like him get pulled over in East St. Paul.
A lot of the people getting pulled over, shot, and accused of domestic violence in East St. Paul don’t look like State Representative John Thompson.
This is an old East Side magic trick, exposed by a wizard.
