The State of Minnesota is engaged in explicit sex and race discrimination against a majority of Minnesotans. Political Correctness, aka MN Nice, is a class war on whites, men, children, and Minnesota families.
AG Pam Bondi and Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon are now investigating.
State statute §43A.191, generating the AG’s letter, has been an ideological employment litmus test for counties, cities, and large employers since 1987. Each breaks federal law with weak attempts at EEOC goals and the political class uses fringe violence and fear of a blacklist to silence dissent about discrimination, creating an ideological feedback loop.
An Open Letter:
Dear Attorney General Bondi, Assistant Attorney General Dhillon,
Regarding your investigation into the State of Minnesota,
George Floyd’s arrest and Derek Chauvin’s subsequent trial exposed the world to what due process and equal protection looks like in Minnesota. Until two weeks before George Floyd, I maintained the city’s public access station and the city’s copy of South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission archives, until I surrendered them to the city to destroy.
Minneapolis had learned nothing.
In 2018, Breck graduate, Jeremiah Ellison, son of Attorney General Keith Ellison, voted with a unanimous city council to adopt the same race based telecom rules as South Africa via the Small and Underutilized Business Program. (SUBP)
The SUBP directly disqualified me from reapplying for the Minneapolis television contract in order to provide “more equal” opportunities for:
“females” and racial “minorities” who are “Black, Hispanic, Asian or Pacific Islander” or “American Indian or Alaskan native,” while the City’s new program was designed to “redress discrimination in the City’s marketplace and in public contracting against Minority-owned business enterprises (MBEs) and Women-owned business enterprises (WBEs),” the City of Mpls has effectively created a system where “Compliance with the MBE/WBE goal and other SUBP requirements will be a material condition of the contract.”
In Minnesota, you pretend you can’t read the quiet parts they put in writing.
The Quiet Parts in Writing
I remember the first time I read EEOC posters 40 years ago. One said, “It’s illegal to discriminate based on race and sex,” the next said, “and…we’re going to do it anyway.” Your letter references a 38-year-old Minnesota State race and sex policy that most Minnesota Corporations use to filter working class people.
My lifelong strategy has been to work harder, sacrifice more, and continuously learn more skills.
The Minnesota State College system, formerly known as MNSCU, didn’t help that at all, “Go wait behind the long line of refugees and single moms.” Refugees and single moms come with federal funds. By contrast, white men compete with incumbents from wealthy Minnesota families.
“You’re not being discriminated against, but if you were, it would be a good thing.” says MN Fortune 500 Human Resources Ladies. While MN women and people of color ask, “If you’re being discriminated against, why don’t you sue?”
While every American is equal, until last month’s 9-0 Supreme Court Ame’s decision, the overwhelming majority of Minnesota men had zero recourse to the EEOC.
The Male Positions are Full; The White Positions are Full
“I’ll eat my hat if there are ever quotas!” said former Mpls Mayor turned Vice President turned Deputy President Pro Tempore, Hubert H. Humphrey, on the US Senate floor.
“I’ll own these [voting-block] for 200 years!” said President Johnson, when signing Executive Order 11246, demanding Affirmative Action “goals” instead.
Just like that, Minnesota’s 100-year-old race-based spoils system became law in the rest of America.
Graphic:
As is evidenced by Vance Boelter, the MN No Kings Day Assassin, Minnesotans take lone gunman theories very seriously. Of the 800 Black Minnesotans and a dozen MN Department of Education Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers I polled, NONE had ever heard of Affirmative Action. Gender wage gap? Yes. Systemic racism? Yes.
Affirmative Action? Not one. Preferential admissions? Zero. Selective Service? Nope.
The State of MN, including the Department of Human Services
As Executive Producer of the longest-running Somali language TV show in the US, I’ve heard from many Muslim husbands. Their wives are sharing the best exploitation practices of Minnesota’s highly prejudicial Duluth Model.
Officer Kim Potter famously demonstrated the Duluth Model while “Taser! Taser!” Tasering! Daunte Wright, who was resisting an arrest relating to an ex parte restraining order. The Duluth Model is the sigil of woke.
It’s also the primary tool of the slow-motion Sunni Genocide happening in Sherburne County.
Eli Hart and Autumn Hallow
Hennepin County is also now under investigation for circulating a memo directing prosecutors to prosecute unprotected classes more harshly than the classes who matter.
These attitudes are commonplace and downstream from well-understood, yet unspoken, MN State, County, City, and Corporate policy. Sentencing in criminal cases, employment discrimination, and the state-sanctioned kidnapping and child murder at the hands of County Human Services Departments, no amount of open contempt is enough.
Pictured: Eli Hart and Autumn Hallow:
Dakota County paid Tory Hart $2.25m, but accepted no responsibility, for the shotgun death of Eli Hart (Left).
The county is home to Praxis International, purveyors of the highly prejudicial Duluth Model.
4 women, Beth Dehner (Social Worker), Jennifer Streetland (Social Worker), Sheri Larson (guardian Ad Litem), and Jennifer Jackson (Asst. Dakota County Atty), all concluded that despite false allegations, crime, drugs, mental illness, keeping ducks in her house, displaying cat feces, and choking a cat on a livestream, Eli should live with mom.
Until that is, she/her shot Eli, her 6-year-old oppressor, 9x at close range with a shotgun and then shoved him into a trunk in Orono, MN.
No men were in the meeting where Eli’s fate was decided.
Like the State of MN, Dakota County follows §43A.191. Keep men out of women’s work!
Similarly, no consequences yet for the Sherburne County Qarins “ALLEGEDLY” involved in the so-called “PARENTAL ALIENATION” of Autumn Hallow. None will ever be held accountable for their part in Autumn’s beating and starvation death.
Mom spent the pandemic on the business end of the same Duluth Model system Minnesota designed for Tory Hart. Autumn’s dad and step-mom murdered her, enabled by these Sherburne County Qarins.
I’ve lived in Minnesota my entire life. Other than the cameras, the arrest of George Floyd and the trial of Derek Chauvin looked like standard operating procedure. I’ve heard fairy tales of things like due process, equal treatment, and equal protection, but I’ve certainly never seen any evidence of them.
Your letter suggests that some adults may have noticed Minnesota in 2020. Let me know if you could use some help from someone who has had enough of this racist [Censored].
Sincerely,
