Darrell Brooks encountered family and criminal courts with mental illness and encountered Critical Race Theory. Critical Race Theory is a sophisticated legal theory created in Madison, WI in the 1980s.
It was temporarily outlawed for Federal Agencies and Contractors by Executive Order in 2020.
Amber Heard encountered family and criminal courts with mental illness and encountered Critical Rape Theory or “Feminism since the dawn of time.”
Critical Rape Theory was also outlawed for a brief time in Federal Agencies and Contractors by Executive Order in 2020.
Since that was only a temporary change, both Critical Race Theory and Critical Rape Theory both exist in our State, Local, and Federal Govt agencies, and our legal system in general.
Critical Rape Theory suggests that all men, including Johnny Depp, are abusers and rapists.
Critical Race Theory suggests that all Black men, including Darrell Brooks, are victims.
While that’s not always true, Brooks has clear mental illness and has had significant exposure to both Critical Race Theory and Critical Rape Theory. Both have shaped how he saw himself and the world.
I wonder if anyone ever told Brooks that he had a 100:1 advantage in college admissions and corporate employment? Or did they lie to him and tell him the system was stacked against him and that playing by the rules was a sucker’s play?
Anyone who listened to the Amber Heard Depositions and trial at any length has a deep insight into the lies she told herself, and others believed. To this day, Amber Heard has defenders.
We’re going to have to learn to live with that.
